LYNX Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance and Risk Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate governance and risk management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our Corporate Governance Framework, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage corporate filings, including Power of Attorney documents, filings with the Chamber of Commerce, and other necessary corporate filings.
- Support risk management activities, including administering risks, managing risk acceptance flows, and developing formats and reports.
- Provide secretarial services for bi-monthly audit meetings, MT meetings, Board meetings, and BRCC meetings.
- Organize MT offsites, including location selection and agenda preparation.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Law with 3-4 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, company secretary roles, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of legal documents with precision and accuracy.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, fostering positive relationships with internal and external parties.
