As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a new business go-to-market strategy that drives broad adoption of our multi-persona products across the Benelux region. You will be responsible for delivering on important KPIs such as hiring & retention, pipeline generation, quarterly bookings/revenue and growth targets.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to establish strong working relationships and secure internal alignment for the overall new business go-to-market strategy for the Benelux region. You will also establish and develop relationships with relevant and senior customer stakeholders and other key executive decision-makers in the Benelux market.

As a Senior Manager, you will shape the future of our Sales organization for the Benelux region by hiring, retaining, building, training and motivating a high-performing sales team. You will ensure that Freshworks is seen as a "top talent" destination in the market.

You will act as an external spokesperson and evangelize Freshworks' vision, values and brand across the board in the Benelux markets, through public events, interviews and published content.

Qualifications
  • Amazing Leader: You have a desire, even an obsession, to develop and lead your teams by example.
  • Missionary: You are a highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in the Freshworks mission. You can go beyond theory, to make things happen.
  • Experienced: At least 10+ years of relevant sales experience with at least 3 years experience of team leadership within a technical software environment.
  • Domain: You have experience of building and leading SaaS Sales teams. Higher Education is good to have.
  • Performer: Consistent overachievement of team and sales goals in a large geographic territory selling a technical product.
  • Excellent Communicator: You know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it.
  • Go-Getter: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is a must.
