Benelux CAD/CAM Sales Leadership Position

The Benelux Region Sales Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth in the CAD/CAM market within Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This role requires a passion for sales, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives, focusing on the Benelux region.
- Technical Sales Expertise: Possess expert experience qualifying, quoting, and managing the technical sales cycle, with a strong understanding of technical software (e.g., Multi-axis, Productivity+, Mill-turn, etc.).
- Customer Engagement: Lead Mastercam sales demonstrations, provide in-depth proposals and solutions for customers, and manage customer experiences through activation of new orders.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, providing training and development to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly forecasting for the region, including detailed updates on prospecting activities and business currently in the pipeline.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering discipline required; or equivalent consultative, technical sales experience for customers within the Benelux CAD/CAM industry.
- Experience: 6-9 years of progressive responsibility within a technical sales position in the CAD/CAM market.
- Skills: Proven expert experience assessing, developing, and solutioning technical proposals and solutions designed to address the customer's CAD/CAM challenges, with a general knowledge of all types of CNC manufacturing processes.
- Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.
We offer a competitive salary range of €90,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Travel opportunities are also available up to 50% of the time.
