We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our company. As a Financial Controller, you will provide financial leadership, strategic insights, and effective management of financial resources to support business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial analyses.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to establish budget targets and monitor performance against financial goals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Cash Management: Manage the company's cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing cash resources.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, such as currency risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 2 years' experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and analyze variances.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
