Overview of the Position
Nexperia is a rapidly expanding global leader in the semiconductor industry, with a comprehensive IT infrastructure that supports our operations worldwide.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional to enhance the financial performance of our organization while playing a pivotal role in refining our IT processes, thereby supporting Nexperia's growth objectives.
In this position, you will serve as a strategic financial advisor to the IT department, collaborating closely with diverse international teams to provide valuable financial insights and contribute significantly to strategic decision-making.
Your primary location will be at our global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Financial Business Partner for the IT division.
- Oversee cost management for the IT department, managing an annual budget exceeding $80 million.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Information Officer and participate in the IT leadership team.
- Assist the IT department in its transformation towards a new organizational structure and service delivery model.
- Track key performance indicators and actively promote enhancements in these areas.
- Initiate and drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and ad hoc financial reporting.
- Develop both short-term and long-term cost forecasts.
- Regularly report and present findings to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree focused on Finance & Controlling or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of four years of experience in an international finance role.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic partner within the organization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise at a senior level.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with solid knowledge of SAP business warehouse and SAP FI/CO.
