eVision Industry Software B.V. is dedicated to enhancing safety and sustainability through our innovative software solutions. We are looking for a seasoned instructional designer to help realize this mission.

We are in the process of transforming our enablement strategy for both internal and external customers by forming a dedicated team within our product management division. This role is crucial in equipping our internal teams with the essential knowledge to deliver exceptional service and create substantial value for our clients.

Position Overview: Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine priorities and develop a comprehensive enablement roadmap.
  • Lead the design and implementation of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify areas for performance improvement.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to gather content and ensure its accuracy and relevance.
  • Employ innovative methods to create engaging digital learning experiences that reflect real-world scenarios.
  • Continuously refine training materials based on evaluations of learning program effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Learning & Development to enhance existing programs and propose new solutions.
  • Mentor less experienced team members in their development and delivery of training materials.

Expected Outcomes:

  • High levels of learner satisfaction with training materials.
  • Improved business performance linked to sales, customer support, and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a professional environment focused on learning and content creation.
  • Proven experience in designing and producing content for corporate learning with a global audience, utilizing core instructional principles and theories.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service and accountability for outcomes.

Additional Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in training development tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, and Twine.
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in software technology.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and understanding their training needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for identifying innovative solutions.
  • Ability to lead projects while mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on fostering positive work relationships.

Work Environment:

This position offers flexibility for remote work, with occasional international travel required.
