eVision Industry Software B.V. is dedicated to empowering our clients to achieve greater safety and sustainability through our innovative software solutions. We are on the lookout for a skilled instructional designer to help realize this mission.

We are transforming the enablement experience for our clients, both internal and external, by creating a dedicated team within the product management division. This role is crucial in ensuring that our internal personnel possess the essential knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our customers and create substantial value.

We are currently in search of an Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagements:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key priorities and develop an enablement strategy
  • Oversee the design and implementation of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company's goals
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify areas for performance improvement
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to gather content and ensure its accuracy and relevance
  • Employ creative methods to design and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that reflect real-world scenarios
  • Continuously refine training materials by making necessary adjustments based on evaluations of the learning programs' effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Learning & Development to enhance existing programs and propose innovative solutions
  • Support the development and delivery efforts of less experienced team members

  • High levels of learner satisfaction with training materials
  • Improved business outcomes related to sales, customer support, and project execution

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional environment focused on learning and content creation
  • Proven expertise in designing and producing content for corporate learning with a global audience, applying fundamental instructional principles and theories
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, self-motivated, and effective in a team setting
  • Goal-oriented, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and accountability for results

Additional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:

  • Proficiency in training development tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Twine)
  • In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in software technology
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and a solid understanding of their typical training needs
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for identifying innovative solutions
  • Ability to lead projects while mentoring junior team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on fostering positive work relationships

Location and Travel:

Flexible work arrangements are available, with occasional international travel required.
