We are seeking a seasoned user experience designer to join our product design team at Wolters Kluwer Technology B.V. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in elevating the European Tax and Accounting experience by creating intuitive solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business and customer requirements into actionable strategies and designs.
- Communicate complex problems and solutions in a clear and convincing manner to various stakeholders.
- Promote the importance of user research, discovery, and a lean approach to product development.
- Collaborate with user researchers to gain insights and develop viable solutions.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines and country borders to ensure transparency and consensus.
- Drive the efficiency of the design process within your team and impact the way of working across other European design teams.
Requirements
- Highly skilled in finding simple design solutions to complex workflow problems.
- Familiar with various research methods and able to promote the right approach for the right context.
- Experienced in collaborating in cross-functional and international teams.
- Deeply familiar with concepts like Lean Product, Lean UX, User-Centered Design, Jobs to be Done, etc.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Expert in using common design tools such as Figma.
- Comfortable with taking initiative in an agile corporate context.
