Role Scope
As a Growth Designer at ITRS, you'll play a key role in the ongoing design optimization of our three group marketing websites and marketing campaigns. We're seeking a creative and analytical designer who can seamlessly blend high-quality design with data-driven insights to enhance user experiences and drive website performance.
You'll manage website design updates, analyze performance, and improve user engagement and conversion rates. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work 2-3 days from home and is based in Alphen aan den Rijn, The Netherlands. You'll report to the Global PLG and Web Marketing Manager, working closely with Marketing Execs, fellow Designers, Product Marketing, and Web Developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the End-to-End Design Process: Gather requirements, design prototypes, and ensure a smooth handover to our web development team, preparing all assets and specifications.
- Website/UX Design: Design, develop, and maintain web pages that are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
- Enhance Website Engagement: Optimize navigation, interactive elements, and web components to improve overall engagement.
- Data-Driven Web Journey Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior and inform design iterations.
- Demand Generation Design: Collaborate with demand generation teams to align website updates and design efforts with marketing campaign goals.
- Website Portfolio Consistency: Maintain consistency across our three marketing websites by standardizing design elements and aligning user experience.
Your Profile
We're looking for a designer with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B tech environment. You should have expertise in using data-driven insights to optimize design, a keen sense of visual hierarchy, and empathy for users.
As a solid team player, you'll be able to explain design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and crave feedback to produce your best work.
