The Process Designer plays a critical role in shaping the future of the organization's supply chain, driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. **Uitdagingen**

In this challenging role you will be part of the team in charge of designing and implementing the best practices in our network. Your responsibility will include documenting and creating the standard operations procedures along with the KPI’s that will maintain them. You will always follow methodologies and make sure that standard procedures are being met, while at the same time ensuring the commercial requirements and customer satisfaction is being represented.
- Furthermore you will:_
- Be the first point of contact for the process design and be responsible for effective communication lines.
- Help guide and advise the stakeholders on process design related matters and support internal training on procedures, methodologies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a complete documented operational framework and will support external and internal audits. Ensuring optimally embedded processes.
- Actively taking part in developing, deploying, improving and maintaining existing and new solutions.
- Create supply chain awareness within the organization by supporting on internal training on procedures and regulatory rules.
- Design and improve tools and performance reports to provide awareness and measure effectiveness of the supply chain.
- Establish connections with PostNL supply chains and request changes/ developments in those respective chains where needed for the Spring solutions.

**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Good understanding of lean and agile methodologies applied to business processes and operational procedures.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, ideally in various industries.
- A tech driven attitude.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to transfer concepts to documented actions and implement them.
- Team player, able to support and motivate other team members.
- Hands on and flexible mentality, able to act and prioritize time critical actions.
- Accurate and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and verbal. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.

- This position is on scale 11 with a salary between € 4.538;
- and € 6.428;
- gross monthly based on your background and level;
- Our full-time working week is 39,25 hours;
