We zijn op zoek naar een commerciële stagiair die wil bijdragen aan de groei van onze sales support. Je zult werken in een dynamisch team waarin je veel kunt leren en groeien.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit het telefonisch en per mail te woord staan van klanten, ondersteunen bij offerte trajecten en het ondersteunen van de collega's in het EV-team. Mogelijke onderzoeksopdrachten zijn:

  • Hoe kunnen we de klantreis verbeteren?
  • Hoe kunnen we onze klanttevredenheid verhogen?
  • Hoe kunnen we ons offerte traject optimaliseren?

Je zult werken in een snelgroeiend bedrijf waarin je veel kunt leren en groeien. We bieden een stagevergoeding aan van € 500,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week. Tot slot bieden wij de mogelijkheid voor een reiskostenvergoeding indien je niet beschikt over een OV-studentenkaart.

Vereisten

We zoeken een HBO meewerk- of afstudeerstagiair in de richting van Commerciële Economie, Marketing of Bedrijfskunde. Je moet minimaal drie dagen per week aanwezig zijn op kantoor om mee te werken, maar je onderzoek kun je uiteraard vanuit huis doen.
