About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Automation Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our management team to operationalize our Operational Technology strategy (OT) and drive productivity while ensuring a safer operating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine our strategic approach to automation, including the development of a business case, change and comms plan, and risk and dependency identification.
  • Provide high-level strategic and authoritative advice to influence strategic decisions and initiatives.
  • Lead the strategic delivery of the Automation agenda across terminals in scope, in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Analyze data on quality and operational performance outcomes to support benchmarking and program output.
  • Develop and implement strategies leading to enhanced operations, controls, efficiencies, choice making, and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Relevant solid experience, including at least 3 years direct managerial experience in a multi-national company with exposure to C-Suite level.
  • Experience within industry with familiarity with higher education.
  • Solid program management experience in a dynamic organization, with experience on capex-intensive investments an added advantage.
  • Background in management consultancy preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Experience with automation or heavy equipment industries.
