We seek an experienced Product Technical Support Engineer for Commercial Display product line (LED, IFP, Digital Signage, narrow bezel LCD and control) to join our Hoofddorp office.
Main Tasks:- To provide technical assistance to clients by analyzing their needs, communicating effectively, and designing solutions;
- To conduct thorough testing of project solutions, create detailed reports, and collaborate with product managers to ensure smooth product introductions;
- To develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for regional teams;
- To contribute to the organization of technical documentation and maintenance of the central technical document platform;
- To support the pre-sales phase of the product, working closely with product managers and the Marketing department to promote it in the market.
- Prior experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics fields is desired;
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly;
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Detailed and methodical approach to troubleshooting;
- Capacity to work flexibly, both on-site and in the office;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and colleagues;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese languages, with the ability to communicate fluently in both;
- Willingness to travel regularly.
