Job Title: Training Operation Specialist

As a key member of the BYD Europe team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable transportation in Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Develop and coordinate training programs, manage trainee registrations, and maintain training records.
  • Program Operations and Training Execution: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, develop and maintain training materials, and ensure training programs meet organizational goals.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Assess training program effectiveness, implement improvements, and track employee skill development and retention rates.
  • Collaboration: Support the development and execution of new training initiatives and act as a resource for trainers and trainees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a Technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training.
  • Driving License.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
  • Fluency in English and one other language (German, French, Spanish, Polish) at the B2 level.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
