LONGi Solar, a global leader in solar technology, seeks an experienced Sales and Business Development Lead to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to increase market share in the BeNeLux region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector. They will be able to engage with prospective clients, gather market intelligence, and develop comprehensive account development strategies.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Gathering and disseminating market intelligence from the field to inform and refine residential or C&I sales strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate account forecasts, ensuring the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant databases are up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with the strategic account leadership team to devise and execute strategies aimed at positioning LONGi's products and brand as premier offerings within the residential sector.
  • Planning, coordinating, and actively participating in client events, addressing specific customer requests, and facilitating activities that reinforce and cultivate strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and individuals. They will also have strong verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English and Dutch.
