wat ga je doen

Je komt te werken op een dynamische afdeling die naast de reguliere werkzaamheden continu zakelijke klantgegevens controleert en corrigeert/laat corrigeren. Je analyseert de zakelijke klantgegevens, benadert waar nodig de klant en je zorgt voor de juiste administratieve afwikkeling. Als Commercial Officer heb je eveneens een regisserende functie. Het is namelijk belangrijk dat ABN AMRO haar klantinformatie goed op orde heeft. Jouw werk zorgt ervoor dat het team de juiste informatie krijgt zodat je samen de kwaliteit van de klantgegevens van de bank continu kan blijven verbeteren.

waar ga je werken

ABN AMRO is een toonaangevende zakenbank in Nederland. Commercial Banking richt zich op bedrijven met een omzet vanaf 25 miljoen euro die gevestigd zijn in Noord-West Europa. Standaard werken we één keer per week op maandag of donderdag in Amsterdam. De andere dagen werken we hybride. Een combinatie van thuis werken en fysiek vanuit onze kantoren waaronder Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven en Zwolle. Je hebt de ruimte om te werken op andere locaties en momenten. Hiervoor is het wel belangrijk om zichtbaar en benaderbaar te zijn, voor klanten én collega's. Je werkt in een team met 29 andere Commercial Officers. Jij creëert samen met hen de sfeer Je komt in het CC Support team te werken en rapporteert aan de Head of CC Support.
