Senior Supply Chain Manager

Rituals is a fast-growing family-owned company seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and launch of our new distribution center.
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the program management of the DC development and launch, working closely with the 3PL, DC development party, and the Rituals project team, including external expertise. Your key responsibility will be to establish and maintain a solid program, ensuring timely delivery across all program elements. You will translate the Rituals' logistics vision into the right approach and realization of the new distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
* Have overall responsibility for program management primarily of the DC program (planning, budget, and progress control, risk management)
* Set up and maintain the right project structure, resourcing, and governance from Rituals' perspective
* Oversee the execution of the project work across all streams, partners, and suppliers
* Establish and maintain the contractual frameworks with our legal team
* Support executive decision making by providing the right status and content updates
About You
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of relevant experience in distribution network and distribution center transformation, including implementation of new centers and warehouse automation. You should have strong program management experience and skills in logistics operations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience with managing Logistics/3PL partnerships. You should also have a good understanding of IT design and implementation and fluent Dutch and English language skills.
