About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented R&D HR Intern to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As an R&D HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the R&D People and Performance team in various HR-related tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for our Young Talent Program, identifying and attracting top talent from around the world.
  • Internal Communication: Create engaging and informative bi-monthly functional newsletters to keep our team members informed and up-to-date on company news and initiatives.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to our HR Business Partner on various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Requirements
  • HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, or related field Bachelor/Masters student.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams/Outlook) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (Dutch is not required, but other languages are a plus).
  • Enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
  • EU working rights are required.
