Job Description:

PR Specialist

The PR Specialist will play a key role in elevating our brand's visibility by focusing on mainstream media across the region. This involves building strong relationships with key media outlets, driving coverage in lifestyle, business, and general interest media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional PR strategies that drive brand awareness and media coverage in mainstream spaces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mainstream media outlets across the region, securing coverage in lifestyle, business, and general interest media.
  • Act as the central point of contact for local market PR specialists, providing guidance and expertise on media relations and PR strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with regional Category Marketing Leads to ensure alignment between PR efforts and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, pitch, and land compelling stories that resonate with mainstream media and reflect the brand's values and vision.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, with a focus on mainstream lifestyle media.
  • Strong understanding of media relations and experience building and executing successful PR campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple regional projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional European language(s) is a plus.
  • Passion for the outdoor lifestyle, particularly cycling, is an advantage.
