We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Lead a team of production staff to ensure the successful execution of production plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new technologies.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize production costs and meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities for growth and expansion.
- University degree in an engineering discipline.
- Several years of experience in managing large manufacturing operations, preferably in the plastics or chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing new technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
