About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Intern to join our team. As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth arrival and departure of guests, ensuring all billing is accurate and efficient.
  • Collaborate closely with our teams to maintain high occupancy levels and provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Provide expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events, making recommendations that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper of our hotel, possessing a deep understanding of our operations and services.
What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for someone who embodies the Hoxton spirit - someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality, has a keen eye for detail, and is always up for a challenge.

  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others are essential.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is desirable but not necessary; we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • You must be an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality is a must - whether it's a drink, a meal, an event, or a bed for the night, you should be excited about making our guests feel special.
  • You're a people person, always looking for ways to make a positive impact on those you interact with.
  • You're not afraid to think outside the box and try new things - if we got stuck in a lift together, we'd have a great time and share a few laughs
