Job DescriptionAs a Front of House Trainee, you are part of the Front Desk & Navigator team. You are one of the first ambassadors that a guest comes into contact with and your friendly, authentic approach creates a unique and personalized guest experience when the guest checks in.
- You provide guests with warm welcome and look after them throughout their stay, from check in to check out.
- You assist guests with their luggage and valet parking when necessary.
- You create unique and personalized experiences for our guests by working together with other departments.
To be eligible for this position, you must have hospitality and Front Desk experience, be able to communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch, be passionate about the locale and local offerings, be full-time available and willing to work morning and evening, and have the right to live and work in the Netherlands.
