Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Multidisciplinary Planner to join our team at our Production site in Pernis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and scheduling Maintenance, Project, and TAR activities according to agreed quality and time standards and financial guidelines, within the set HSE frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize incoming reports, projects, and TAR scope;
- Obtain agreement with production on execution timelines;
- Create work orders at task level;
- Record on-site work to be carried out;
- Draft and communicate a weekly schedule;
- Determine required work, materials, and time for execution;
- Determine required skills of technicians and contractors;
- Budget required resources;
- Draw up a budget for total work order;
- Order and/or reserve materials after work order approval;
- Call on services;
- Process documentation into a workbook;
- Process TAR documentation into a ROSER work package;
- Offer work order to scheduler;
- Closing work order after realization, including updating associated documentation;
- Manage workload of prepared and unprepared work;
- MBO+/HBO WTBK-EI degree;
- MBO+ (technical direction) with additional training and education;
- Work preparation and planning techniques and methodologies;
- Experience with SAP/ROSER/Scheduling program;
- 5-7 years of experience in a chemical production environment, with 2 years as a technical executive or 5 years in a similar position;
- Knowledge of installation's safety processes and specific safety procedures;
- Knowledge of and familiarity with CMMS systems, and affinity with IT;
