Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multidisciplinary Planner to join our team at Hexion Careers. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and scheduling maintenance, project, and TAR activities at our production site in accordance with agreed quality and time standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize incoming reports, projects, and TAR scope to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with production teams to obtain agreement on execution timelines.
  • Create work orders at task level and record on-site work to be carried out.
  • Develop and communicate a weekly schedule to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Determine required work, materials, and time for execution, as well as technician and contractor skills.
  • Budget and plan for total work orders, including ordering and reserving materials.
  • Process documentation into workbooks and TAR processing documentation into ROSER work packages.
  • Offer work orders to schedulers and close work orders after realization, updating associated documentation.
  • Manage workload of prepared and unprepared work.
Requirements
  • MBO+/HBO WTBK-EI degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP/ROSER/Scheduling program.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a chemical production environment, with 2 years as a technical executive or 5 years in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of installation safety processes and specific safety procedures.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems and affinity with IT.
