Senior Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a senior maintenance professional to join our Operations & Maintenance team at Production Unit Onshore South West. As a Field Execution Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary maintenance execution team to ensure the technical integrity, reliability, and availability of the treatment installations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to execute maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance activity schedule of Production Unit Onshore South West.
- Ensure that all necessary maintenance instructions are available for the technicians (company and contract) performing the work.
- Ensure that transportation is available to minimize the time spent moving from one task to another.
- Ensure that the necessary tools and materials are available before starting work.
- Ensure that administrative tasks such as task-risk analyses are performed in a timely manner.
- Optimize work distribution, reduce waste, or make improvement plans to increase productivity in the team.
- Emphasize expectations regarding working hours, breaks, etc.
- Ensure that the execution proceeds according to plan and intervene and act in case of poor craftsmanship.
- Apply a proactive and systematic approach to ensure the quality of the work.
- Ensure that inspection/QC personnel are informed in a timely manner of any hold or witness points and react to planning activities to inform the next group of the handover.
- We are looking for a senior maintenance professional or equivalent.
