Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Turnaround Planner to join our team at Hexion Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and executing turnarounds, ensuring the safe and efficient shutdown of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement turnaround plans, including scope collection, estimation, and optimization
  • Collaborate with discipline engineers and the integrity department to detail plan equipment and systems
  • Prepare and issue work packages and proposals for stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures around maintenance projects
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE/Q policies and Hexion guidelines
  • Deliver assigned projects within budget and agreed time against the agreed quality standards
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • HBO (WTBK) degree or equivalent
  • Practical experience in mechanical maintenance
  • Affinity with IT and knowledge of rotating equipment

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
