Job Description

ASML is seeking a highly skilled PLM Cost Management Project Lead to join our Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects related to cost of goods in collaboration with the sourcing clusters, finance department, and product development departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cost of goods (CoG) reduction opportunities throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate opportunities with cost savings potential and drive should cost analysis to support the procurement sector.
  • Provide transparent and accurate insights on CoG status and roadmaps.
  • Support multi-year financial planning and interface with multiple stakeholders to collect business insights.
  • Identify and drive cost management process and tooling improvements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain / Logistics or other engineering fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience.
