About the Role

As a Product Manager at DCSA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the container shipping industry. With a focus on digital product development, you will drive the creation of innovative solutions that benefit the global economy and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities


  • Define the product vision and long-term goals, aligning with the company's mission to lead the industry towards systematic collaboration.
  • Develop a robust product roadmap, incorporating market research and competitive analysis to ensure the product meets market needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and maintain products that meet industry standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless communication and product success.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and ensure market relevance.
  • Develop a go-to-market plan for product launch, working closely with marketing and sales teams to promote the product.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success, making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development to retirement, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.


Requirements


  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products at industry level.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a technical acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Experience in logistics or container shipping is a plus, but not required.
