Metyis is a leading digital transformation consulting firm, and we are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in ecommerce and cloud solutions to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will work closely with senior business leaders to drive impactful change and accelerate the pace of digitalization across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects and client meetings to deliver high-impact insights enhancing decision making across the entire organization.
- Develop project plans in conjunction with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion, within budget, and in scope.
- Estimate project resource needs in line with project requirements and plan.
- Apply your technology and business knowledge to create a path for Digital Transformation.
- Work with solution architects and other teams to shape IT strategies.
- Setup and facilitate workshops and interviews with client teams.
- Travel as needed for client projects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of technology consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a project lead level.
- A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) and/or MBA.
- Experience with modern integration and application architectures, digital decoupling, agile/devops operating models, journey to cloud.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, Agile, Waterfall & SDLC cycles.
- Experience with ecommerce and cloud solutions required.
- Good communication skills (oral and written); fluent in English.
- Ability to innovate and deal with constantly changing environments.
- Passionate about technology, takes initiative, and willing to learn new skills.
