As a Retail Operations Intern at Hunkemöller, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail operations and support the team in various aspects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with operational planning and execution of retail projects.
  • Assisting managers with project management in Global Retail Operations.
  • Creating written content for stores.
  • Preparing and publishing new manuals for stores.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and project opportunities.
  • Executing administrative tasks such as follow-ups, arranging meetings, and writing minutes.

For this role, we are looking for a Bachelor or Master student with a background in Business, Retail, Communications, or Facility Management studies. You should be fluent in English and have knowledge of Dutch as an advantage. Additionally, you should be interested in workforce management and have skills in project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for this internship, you must be available for 5 months from September and be enrolled at your school or university for the full duration of your internship. You must also be an EU citizen or a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and having this internship as a mandatory part of your curriculum to comply with Dutch law.
