We're looking for a talented Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team at Searchsoftware. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in driving our performance marketing efforts forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Design and implement automated systems to track and measure campaign performance
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI
- University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business Analytics, Econometrics, Economics)
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analysis or working with marketing data
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. dbt, Looker, Airflow)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: €4,150 - €6,000 per month
- Flexible work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
