About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our website's overall performance, monitoring KPIs, and working closely with our digital development, commercial, SEA, and SEO teams to improve traffic and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking and forecasting of various KPIs, with a focus on traffic and conversion rate;
- Digital forecasting and automation of data flows;
- Creation of dashboards and automation of reports;
- Weekly and monthly reporting of performance, data visualization, and data storytelling;
- Building action plans based on analysis and assessing other teams on implementation;
- Providing input to management on online performance;
- Supporting online growth by providing new insights and sharing them with internal and external stakeholders;
- Participating in AB testing, providing valuable insights, and defining correct metrics and analyzing test results.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a web data analyst/specialist, with experience in CRO considered a plus;
- HBO/WO degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent;
- Experience with SQL, with BigQuery a plus;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, including custom reporting, complex segmentation, marketing tools connections, and their use;
- Knowledge of dashboarding tools, such as PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.;
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager;
- Knowledge of Python a plus;
- Customer focus and data-driven approach;
- Proactivity, ownership, and willingness to learn;
- Stakeholder management and strong communication skills;
- Prioritization and time management skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt and work autonomously.
