About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Data Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our digital analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing our website's overall performance and working closely with our digital development, commercial, SEA, and SEO teams to improve traffic and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and forecast a wide variety of KPIs, with a special focus on traffic and conversion rate.
  • Develop and implement digital forecasting and automation of data flows.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to automate reporting and provide data visualization and storytelling.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting of performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven insights and track performance.
  • Support the online growth by providing new insights and sharing them with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the AB testing process, providing valuable insights and hypothesis to test.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a web data analyst/specialist, with a strong background in CRO.
  • HBO/WO degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in BigQuery a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, including custom reporting, complex segmentation, and marketing tools connections.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools, such as PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
  • Python skills a plus.
  • Customer focus, data-driven decision-making, and strong communication skills.
  • Proactiveness, ownership, and willingness to learn.
  • Stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
