Commercial Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to join our team at Westfalia Fruit. This role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines, documentation, and administrative tasks to support our team's projects.
  • Maintain the integrity of our commercial data by ensuring all information stored is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Streamline our operations by efficiently processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Generate valuable insights through data analysis to support our strategic decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (Native/C1 level).
  • Prior experience within a commercial administrative position.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
