EMEA Talent Services Manager

Netflix, a premier global streaming entertainment platform, is seeking a dedicated EMEA Talent Services Manager to enhance our Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Talent services across the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless experience for our internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Management:
- Oversee and evaluate service performance metrics, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing HR services and explore potential new service offerings.
- Assess the strengths and areas for improvement within the service team.
Relationship Building:
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including Talent team members and department leaders, to ascertain their requirements for external Talent services.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with business partners, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders regarding external Talent services, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Lead transformational initiatives to enhance capabilities and support organizational changes.
- Collaborate with leaders across various regions to ensure operational consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement enhancements in external HR service delivery and processes.
- Propose initiatives aimed at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to leverage emerging technologies in HR service delivery.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, particularly in service delivery.
- Demonstrated success in managing internal teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proficient in navigating complex, cross-functional organizations with a geo-distributed workforce.
- Strong grasp of HR practices and lifecycle management.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical teams across various levels.
- Experience working within a global team environment.
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems.
