Job Title: Business Manager Diagnostics

As a Business Manager Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our diagnostics business in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the diagnostics sector.
  • Lead the operations and financial performance of the diagnostics business unit, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to maximize their potential and contribution to the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities and developing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with high standards of business conduct and records, including CRM.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Interest or work experience in the animal health industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result-driven, networker, problem solver, analytical, and customer-focused.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
