Job Title: Business Manager Diagnostics

As a Business Manager Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic initiatives and operational performance of our diagnostics business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business and marketing plans to drive growth and expansion of our diagnostics portfolio.
  • Lead the operations and financials of the unit, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide insightful leadership and operational expertise to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribution to the organization.
  • Develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Maintain high standards of business conduct and records, including CRM.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Interest or work experience in the (animal) health industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result-driven, networker, problem solver, analytical, and customer-focused.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
