This is a key position within Pfizer's Endocrinology team, responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of the portfolio of endocrinology products. The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, spending, and controlling budgets, as well as developing and executing corrective actions to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans to enhance customer experience and drive business results.
- Monitor and track performance, identifying areas of opportunity and risk, and develop and execute corrective actions to address these challenges.
- Lead and align the in-country cross-functional team strategies, tactics, and activities to drive business success.
- Build long-term relationships with relevant medical societies and support product training for the Field Force.
- Drive KOL development and advocacy in accordance with Pfizer policies.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and execution of tactics. The ideal candidate will have a university degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on specialty medicines.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, influencing skills, and the ability to lead by example. They will also have a thorough understanding of revenue drivers for the brand in the local country and be able to facilitate stakeholder and customer commitments.
