Country Study Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Operations Manager to join our team at Pfizer. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for managing clinical studies and ensuring they are completed within time, budget, and scope.
Your project management skills will be leveraged to plan, direct, create, and communicate timelines. You will also provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects, preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and identifying areas for improvement.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing study start-up activities at the country level, including reviewing key documents and providing support to address regulatory and/or ethics committee questions. You will also be responsible for forecasting and managing the Clinical Trial Budget, approving and overseeing drug supply management, and managing the flow of drug supply to sites.
Additionally, you will share and escalate plan deviations to the Clinical Project Manager and study team, help address Significant Quality Events or other quality issues at patient and/or site level, and lead data integrity and data quality activities for assigned protocols.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years' experience
- Demonstrated project management/leadership experience
- Experience working in the research and development of the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience conducting, managing, or participating in regulatory inspection processes
- Knowledge of project management discipline and its application to vaccine development
- Country-level cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Dutch
