Job DescriptionAs a Country Operations Lead at Pfizer, you will be part of our medical team and manage clinical studies. You will leverage your project management skills to plan, direct, create, and communicate timelines, ensuring that clinical studies are completed within time, budget, and scope.
- You will provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects, preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and identifying areas of improvement for products, processes, or services.
- You will oversee and support study start-up activities at the country level, including reviewing key documents and providing support to address regulatory and/or ethics committee questions.
- You will forecast and manage the Clinical Trial Budget.
- You will approve and oversee drug supply management and manage the flow of drug supply to sites.
- You will share and escalate plan deviations to Clinical Project Managers and study teams.
- You will help address Significant Quality Events or other quality issues at patient and/or site levels.
- You will lead data integrity and data quality activities for assigned protocols.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing clinical studies across the division.
- Providing guidance to operational teams for project management.
- Overseeing study start-up activities at the country level.
- Forecasting and managing the Clinical Trial Budget.
- Approving and overseeing drug supply management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years' experience.
- Demonstrated project management/leadership experience.
- Experience working in the research and development of pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience conducting, managing, or participating in regulatory inspection processes.
- Knowledge of project management discipline and its application to vaccine development.
- Country-level cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Dutch.

The estimated salary range for this position is between 80,000 - 120,000 EUR per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
