Catawiki is seeking a highly skilled HRIS (Workday) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HR tools and processes to ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Compensation, Absence, Performance Management, and Advanced Compensation.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to key stakeholders on Workday functionalities and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features to ensure Catawiki is leveraging the latest capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.
- Minimum 23 years of experience with functional configuration of Workday HCM Module.
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM Core, business process framework, reporting, and security model.
- Experience with one or more of the following Workday modules: Absence, Performance, Compensation, Reporting & Dashboard functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certification(s) are preferred but not required.
