This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to drive sustainable growth and expand key accounts. As Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Head of Sales and internal teams to ensure that our clients receive top-notch service levels and their expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and expand market and client base through strategic collaboration and sustainable growth initiatives.
- Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete actions to strengthen our market position.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to shape and execute our commercial strategy, ensuring growth targets are achieved.
- Leverage market insights and customer-oriented approach to contribute to the development of new solutions aligning with our clients' needs.
- Possess relevant commercial experience, preferably in the Retail sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in German language, strong proficiency in English.
- Energetic and proactive attitude, ability to excel independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and drive to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
- A competitive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.
- Yearly fixed Christmas bonus and performance-dependent bonus.
