Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager to join our growing team within the Food FMCG sector. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's business in the West African region.

Responsibilities:

Your role includes:

  • ">
  • Managing and growing our client's business in the West African region">
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients">
  • Staying in contact with clients through phone and digitally">
  • Visiting customers regularly">
  • Coordinating processing orders and customer satisfaction">
  • Analyzing strategies and results using our systems">
  • Working closely with commercial colleagues to determine team and organization success">
  • Taking the initiative to drive growth and development">
  • Providing excellent customer service and support">
  • Meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations">
  • Contributing to the overall success of the company">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

">
  • ">
  • Already gained first work experience in sales">
  • An excellent command of English, in speaking and writing">
  • Fluent French as a must">
  • An analytical mindset and skills">
  • Able to travel for work (approximately 4-5 times a year)">
  • A real team player with a focus on achieving team results">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to adapt quickly to new situations and cultures">
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision">
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively">

We offer a competitive salary up to €3,500 per month, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and performance-dependent bonus. You will also receive:
