Role Overview:
As a KYC Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and performance of new analysts within a dynamic training environment. Collaborating closely with KYC Training Coaches, you will ensure that analysts are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor analysts during their training phase, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Provide constructive feedback on customer surveys, leveraging your expertise in KYC to enhance the team's capabilities.
• Develop and implement work schedules and task allocations, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training program, enhancing processes and outcomes.
• Cultivate employee engagement and motivation among your team members.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Training Coaches, Project Leads, and other KYC Operations Managers, to align objectives and share best practices.

Reporting Structure:
In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of CDD Natural Persons Training within KYC Operations.

Qualifications:
• A completed university or HBO degree, preferably in finance, economics, or law.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational management and team coaching within a results-driven environment.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in conducting CDD research for Natural Persons, potentially gained as a Compliance Officer or Auditor.
• Familiarity with Wwft and sanctions legislation.
• Proficient in analytical techniques for evaluating transactions and customer activities.
• Understanding of primary banking processes, products, and systems.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Lean certification (minimum Greenbelt) is advantageous, with the ability to apply Lean principles effectively.
