We are seeking an experienced and ambitious sustainability professional to take a lead role in our young, dynamic, and rapidly growing practice. With sustainability at its core, our team empowers Sustainability Leaders and embraces diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead consulting projects to drive sustainability ratings efforts and develop sustainability management systems.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships to drive business development and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and guide a team of consultants to enhance our services and expertise.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of ESG Performance Evaluation and Disclosure experience.
  • Advanced degree in business administration or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of ESG assessment methodologies and reporting standards.
  • Fluency in English; other European Language (e.g., French or Dutch) is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in ESG data analytics or compliance management.
  • Strategic thinking and innovative ideas to enhance our services.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional project coordination and leadership abilities.
