About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Consumer Manager to join our team at Vandebron. As a key member of our Strategy & Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our consumer strategy and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Consumer Strategy: Translate our company strategy into a comprehensive consumer strategy that elevates our business and brand.
  • Initiate and Lead Projects: Start up initiatives independently based on market insights, societal developments, rapid innovation, and company goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to create clear guidelines and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Build and Develop External Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board-level executives and shareholders.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead project teams and drive results.
  • Advanced Stakeholder Management: Experience working with various stakeholders, including board-level executives and shareholders.
  • Energy Market Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the energy market.
