Job Description

As a Senior Technical Project Management Officer at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technical initiatives from conception to completion. This includes strategic planning, budget allocation, resource management, and risk mitigation. You will foster effective collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure project objectives are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine detailed project plans, critical milestones, and comprehensive timelines.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential project risks, implementing astute solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Monitor project advancement, promptly address bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to guarantee the attainment of project goals.
  • Deliver transparent project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress and budgetary adherence.
  • Uphold unwavering commitment to quality standards, ensuring that delivered projects surpass technical specifications and client expectations.
  • Contribute to identifying novel project prospects, participate in proposal development, and collaborate on bid strategies.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a pertinent technical discipline.
  • Extensive experience (minimum of 8 years) in successfully managing intricate projects within a technical milieu.
  • Exemplary organizational and communication skills, with a track record of leading high-performance teams.
  • Profound comprehension of advanced technical concepts and industry terminology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employing advanced project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership prowess, adept at motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and capacity to thrive under demanding circumstances.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in English, Dutch preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications are highly advantageous.
