About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Manager to lead the delivery of our sustainability strategy and engagement for EECM-BNL. As a key member of our Sustainability and External Communication team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing systems to track and report on sustainability metrics
- Creating comprehensive reports and compelling presentations for leadership decision-making
- Communicating sustainability progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
- Leading the establishment of a controlled data flow for ESG disclosures and the implementation of the annual ESG report
- Developing and leading the partner engagement strategy on ESG issues, enhancing sustainable practices throughout the supply chain
- Staying on top of sustainability trends, innovations, and best practices, and implementing innovative solutions to improve performance
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sustainability management, exceptional analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders. You should have a proven track record of leading sustainability strategies, tracking metrics, and communicating progress effectively. Additionally, you should have excellent data analysis and presentation skills, strong project management and organizational skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
