Sustainability Manager

Bij KPMG werk je als Manager Sustainability aan de implementatie van ESG-rapportage (CSRD) en het verbeteren van financiële processen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inzetten van jouw expertise om complexe klantvraagstukken rondom financieel management en Sustainability (CSRD) performance reporting te begrijpen en samen met het projectteam op te lossen.
Je taken:- Het begrijpen van de vraag/doelstelling van de klant en deze vertalen tot een gewenst eindproduct.
- Het voortouw nemen in de ontwikkeling van nieuwe proposities die inspelen op de behoefte van onze klanten en ontwikkelingen in de markt zoals EPM tooling en/of Sustainability (CSRD) performance reporting.
- Inspireren met kennis en ervaring waardoor je het beste uit je team en jezelf haalt.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van een breed klantnetwerk en actief zoeken naar nieuwe kansen en projecten.
- Minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring
- Een afgeronde WO master
- Je bent bekend met vraagstukken omtrent financieel management en/of Sustainability (CSRD) reporting en sturing
- Je hebt ervaring met aansturing van projecten en houdt van de dynamiek die dit met zich mee brengt
- Analytisch en conceptueel sterk
- Ervaring met ESG vraagstukken zoals Carbon reporting en/of EPM tooling is een pré
