At Rituals, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Operations Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Differentiated Formats team in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial and operational briefings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage communications between Central Head Office and Local Head Office, including organizing weekly meetings and preparing newsletters.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars for outlet villages to optimize sales and customer engagement.
  • Support Format & Design topics, including instore communication materials and Visual Merchandising (VM) related tasks.
  • Participate in and support various commercial and operational projects, such as shop challenges and holiday season.
  • Manage product assortment and data to improve inventory decisions and customer offerings.
  • Support till operations and manage promotional activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with store teams to gather and implement best practices across retail locations.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Retail experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in an operational role within a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, independent work ethic with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a robust focus on service and customer relations.
  • Fluency in English, with proficient writing and verbal skills.
  • Competent with MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
